Desperate attempts are being made across northwestern Turkey to rescue people trapped by flooding triggered by two days of torrential rainfall - the worst in eighty years. At least Twenty Eight people are reported to have been killed but officials are saying that the death toll could get higher. Parts of the Istanbul are already under water and forced thousands from their homes.
