The Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi is promising more violence if US or NATO forces dare to intervene, while the US is preparing for a humanitarian mission in Libya and the UK has already started one. Annie Machon, a former British intelligence officer now living in Germany, says that all humanitarian aid is just an excuse for "a large-scale invasion."
