There are claims that last month's Yemen bomb scare was all part of a publicity-stunt by American intelligence and security services, to sway public opinion before the mid-term elections. Explosives were said to have been found inside toner cartridges on two cargo planes heading to the U.S. But now some reports suggest there weren't in fact any bombs on board at all.
